This statement is issued on the authority of the
General Manager and is approved by the Managing Director in order to define the Quality Policy of BSP ENGINEERING LTD.
QUALITY POLICY
The Quality Policy objectives of BSP Engineering Ltd are:
- To ensure that the specified requirements of customers are fully understood and can be achieved.
- To supply products and services which satisfy formally specified and agreed requirements of the customer.
- To maintain and continuously seek to improve a Quality Management System which will satisfy the relevant National and International Quality requirements namely BS.EN.ISO 9001: 2000.
- To aim to reduce any detrimental effect of processes on the environment by use of improved technology.
- To promote cost effective Quality Management through quality improvement aimed at total quality cost reduction, using improved equipment, processes and technology.
- Internal and external communications will be written, verbal, electronic, or via management presentations which ever is the most appropriate.
This policy applies to all company products and services.
