Can you assemble components for us?

Yes, BSP offer a complete range of sub assembly and full assembly options. We can reduce your in house costs by project managing your requirements.

What materials can you process?

All carbon steels, all stainless steels, alloy steels, toolsteel, super alloys (nimonic, hastelloy, inconnel etc), brass, bronze, aluminium, copper, titanium, some plastics, ceramic. If not listed please ask.

What format of CAD data can you take in and handle?

Will you carry stock for us?

BSP are always willing to manufacture and hold components in stock against forward order, which can be delivered on a Kanban basis if required. We are also used to Just-in-Time delivery demands.

We need a widget making for us. How do we set about this?

BSP can help with all aspects of the product design right through from concept, prototyping and manufacture to assembly/packing of the finished product; in fact complete project management. 

What is the largest and smallest batch size you can provide? 

We can manufacture 1 off prototypes through to tens of thousands off.
